Overview of flight aid lighting on helipad: it is an engineering facility in and near the helipad flight area to provide pilots with visual guidance signals for takeoff, approach, landing and taxiing day and night. It is generally composed of pavement signs, navigational lights, signboards, signs, etc. Its complexity and simplicity and layout form are based on the plane layout of the apron. It is determined by flight volume, meteorological standard of receiving aircraft and content and precision of radio navigation facilities used together.

Aviation Obstruction light Also known as the navigation light equipment, it is a special lamp to identify obstacles, belonging to the aviation light equipment industry, and the aviation obstacle light is the lamp category under its seat. In order to be different from the general purpose lighting, the aviation obstacle light is not always on but flashing, the low light intensity aviation obstacle light is always on, the medium light intensity aviation obstacle light and the high light intensity aviation obstacle light are flashing, the flash rate is not less than 20 times per minute, not higher than 70 times per minute. The function of aviation obstacle light is to show the outline of the structure, so that the aircraft operator can judge the height and contour of the obstacle and play a warning role.

The embedded boundary light of heliport is green constant light embedded installation lamp. It can send out omni-directional green light signal at night or in daytime with low visibility to indicate the role of the boundary of helicopter apron takeoff and landing area, so as to indicate safe landing area to pilots. The control switch zh~9602 / CQ is controlled by the heliport light control cabinet, and the heliport embedded boundary light is a green constant light embedded installation lamp. It can send out omni-directional green light signal at night or in daytime with low visibility to indicate the role of the boundary of helicopter apron takeoff and landing area, so as to indicate safe landing area to pilots. The switch is controlled by the heliport light control cabinet.

Product quality: The light emitting surface lens is made of PC material, which has excellent impact resistance (Izod notch impact strength: 90), thermal stability (temperature resistant to 130 ℃), good light transmittance (transmittance up to 90%), UV resistance, aging resistance, and flammability grade UL94V0;

The lamp holder is made of aluminum alloy liquid casting, with surface oxidation treatment, and has the characteristics of full sealing, waterproof and corrosion resistance;

The power supply line of lamps and lanterns is equipped with anti surge device (anti lightning in7.5ka/5 times imax15ka), which can be applied to harsh climate environment. It adopts imported international advanced chip package with long life, low power consumption and high efficiency (service life more than 100000 hours);

It mainly includes fire alarm controller, control device of automatic fire extinguishing system, control device of indoor fire hydrant system, control device of smoke control and smoke exhaust system and air conditioning and ventilation system, control device of normally open fire door and fire shutter, elevator return control device, fire emergency broadcast and fire alarm device, fire communication equipment, fire emergency lighting and evacuation indicator Part or all of ten types of control devices. The fire control equipment is generally set in the fire control center to facilitate centralized and unified control. Some fire control equipment is set at the scene where the controlled fire equipment is located (such as the fire elevator control button), but its action signal must be returned to the fire control room to implement the control mode of combination of centralized and decentralized.

Navigation equipment: navigation equipment refers to navigation and guidance devices used in navigation, aviation, astronomy, hydrology, land transportation and other aspects, and its terminal products can be generally divided into: navigation type, measurement type, time service type, direction finding type, etc. Satellite navigation is widely used in geographic data acquisition, surveying and mapping, vehicle monitoring and scheduling and navigation services, aviation and navigation, military, time and synchronization, mechanical control, mass consumption applications and other major fields.

A device to guide a pilot safely to the helipad   on a fixed route 。 The basic visual approach slope indicator has two sets of lights:One set is set at the beginning   of the run;The other group was located seven meters away from the front lights 。When the lights are viewed from different angles or distances,red or white colors can be seen。If the pilot’s approach angle is correct, the first group light is white and the rear group is red. If the two groups of lights are white, it indicates that the angle of aircraft approach is too high; if both groups of lights are red, it means that the aircraft height is too low.

The high and low angles of light can be from 0 ° to 30 °. Using 12v~50w halogen lamp, the red high-low angle is 5 °, the green high-low angle is 2 ° and the Yellow high-low angle is 5 ° the most important landing navigation instrument on the apron to provide accurate information on whether the landing height is appropriate or not.

The radiator is equipped with heat sink, which can dissipate the heat generated by the luminescence and prolong the service life of the luminaire.

50 mm, 1:3.2 lens, light diffusion in the horizontal direction is 28 ° Normal visible range of light intensity at night: more than 6 km.

The high and low angles of light can be from 0 ° to 30 °. Using 12v~50w halogen lamp, the red high and low angle is 5 °, the green high and low angle is 2%, and the yellow high and low angle is 5。

The lamp   body is made of aluminum alloy baked air yellow paint with stainless steel fasteners and silicone rubber sealing rings 。The optical system consists of inner and outer layer light matching mirror and inner set light collecting mirror .The lamps are available in white ,blue ,yellow ,red and green 。 The outer light matching mirror is made of high strength heat—resistant glass, and is waterproof and sealed with the upper cover。It can be subjected to static pressure of 40 KN。
